  2. On the rear face of the case, remove the thumbscrews that hold the computer’s side panel. After this, using light force, pull the side access panel to remove it from the case.
  3. Find the power supply within the case. It should be located against the rear wall, either at the bottom or top.
  4. At this point, you can now see your power supply. Check for any sticker or label that contains information about its electrical capacities. It should contain information about the number of amps available for each voltage type as well as the max wattage. The max wattage is your computer’s PSU wattage. Once done, return the case in place before turning your computer on again.

If in case the label is obscured because of the position of the power supply, you can remove the power cord that runs through the power supply to the electrical outlet. After this, remove the four screws on the backside of the power supply. You should now be able to check every face of the power supply for the wattage label.
